Sana's real name is Shazia Nawaz. She was born in a very poor family who then lived in a small house at Nawab Pur Road, Multan. Her father, Malik Mohammad Nawaz Arain was a labor worker. She has a brother Nasir and three sisters; Farzana, Shabana, and Shugufta. Sana is the youngest amongst her siblings. She did her early education at Jinnah Foundation School Multan.
Sana is considered to be the wise owl of the film industry. A very diplomatic and smart woman. Sana has worked her way up in the film industry.
